A friend recently contacted me about their daughters recent art success, so i thought i would give her a mention to say a big well done!
Olivia Lauryn Barrett aged 12 claimed 2nd prize at a local summer festival. There were two age groups and over 100 entries from local schools in the area. Olivia Lauryn Barrett (aged 12) beat off tough competition and claimed 2nd prize with her landscape watercolour.
We love her execution and perspective she has created in the painting and also the detail that has gone into her sketches. Because we are so proud of her achievements some D&S goodies will be flying her way! Keep it up, get messy with your medium!

If trying to relax doesn't stop you crying, go cuddle with your mum, sister, or dog. Just hold them close to you. Feeling the heartbeat of another living thing is soothing.

To minimize drips when painting with a brush and working from the can, it's recommended that you dip one-third of the bristles into the paint, then tap them against the inside of the can to remove the excess paint.

The AGCE competition official winner is........ KENDAL BURRIDGE, we loved your design. Especially the intricate stitching! Congratulations your prize is being painted as I type.. yep thats right I can multi task!
We were so impressed with the quality of work we decided to select an additional two runners up! In registration order: Heather Royston-Webb and Lauren Holihan. A small prize will be winging its way to you as well.

The AGCE competition is now complete! We met with Mr Amps & Mr Charles on the 19th of January to judge the work. We were both pleased to see how much effort all the pupils had made and the outstanding quality of the completed work.
the official winner will be announced on the website on Wednesday the 30th of January and the prize will follow shortly after.
Well done everyone! and make sure you put your blazers on when you leave Mr Amps and Mr Charles's Lessons!!

Our T-shirts are, buttonless, collarless, and pocketless, with a round neck and short sleeves, it is pulled on over the head and covers a person's torso. The sleeves of the T-shirt extend mid way between the shoulder and the elbow. Our T-shirts are decorated with a picture. There are only a few of our T-shirts left so message us if you would like to purchase one.
